Masking is exhausting, but necessary in some situations. Unfortunately, autistic people are encouraged/forced to mask constantly and can suffer because of this.
All teenagers struggle with sleep, but I found it very difficult. And dismissing tiredness isn’t helpful.
Why I am such a ‘fussy eater’.
Special interests are awesome, and can help with socialising and future careers.
